THIMM Consulting worked on packaging optimization for salad trays for one of Germany’s leading producers of delicatessen foods and salads. The bidding for the packaging program entailed that the entire packaging assortment was to be optimized and standardized. Within six weeks, the current situation and a presentation of the results with the optimization potentials were presented to the client. Project supervisor Björn Bartram remarked on the positive results of the job: “According to our client, all of our suggestions are being fully implemented. The savings amount to six figures.”
