THIMM’s most recent example of secondary placement for the Vittel Sport display proves that standardization can be creative and individual: The display presents the 0.75 Liter Vittel bottle by Nestlé Waters Deutschland AG.
Many producers and marketers in the so-called fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) segment are increasingly asking for a higher degree of standardization in display solutions using a modular concept. Firstly, this demand stems from the desire for a consistent presentation on the international market. Secondly, the goal of lowering costs while maintaining a high degree of flexibility is of great importance. The latter allows for a quick response to short term market developments and competition activities.
For Nestlé, PoS specialist THIMM Display designed an open floor display with five trays. Die-cut inserts fix the products on the individual trays. The products themselves are part of the statics and provide support for each tray. As design elements, two oversized Vittel bottles are attached to two corners, playing on the shape of the product and the brand design. This combination is an eye catcher and transmits the advertising message.
The entire construction is made of corrugated board with a high-end offset print. The displays are fully assembled when delivered to retail.
