The AlphaTray of THIMM Verpackung consists of a one-part corrugated cardboard blank which can be transformed into a product tray due to its innovative folding. This construction offers a wide range of advantages.

To present the visible parts of the packaging in an attractive way, a one-sided printing of the blank is sufficient. This is an important aspect from the ecological as well as from the economical point of view because alternative constructions often require a more complex double-sided printing.

The special formed angles simplify the palletisation of the products. The staggered arrangement helps to avoid, that the individual trays slip into one another.

The open construction and the minimal use of material allow both: an efficient charging and removal and an attractive product presentation at the point of sale. Consequently this corrugated cardboard packaging meets the requirements of an effective use of resources and those of Retail Ready Packaging as well.

The AlphaTray will be exhibited at the FachPack 2010 trade fair in hall 7A, at the booths of THIMM Verpackung no. 242 and 342.
