Altogether 203 contributions of 114 participants from 24 countries applied at iF packaging award: THIMM Consulting is one of the winners.

Allocated was the holistic packaging optimization by the Hager Group that pays attention to all aspects of the supply chain:

FUNCTIONALITY: The packaging offers originality / theft protection and is reclosable.
DESIGN: A strong branding with environmentally friendly aspects: a 6-fold reduction of printing inks was achieved.
PROFITABILITY: Due to the optimized format, annual savings of 300,000 m² of corrugated board were achieved.
SUSTAINABILITY: Substitution of fresh fibres with brown testliner. The savings amount to ca. 130,000 kg/CO₂ in emission.

Not only THIMM Consulting was allocated: THIMM Verpackung was also allocated as an other division of the group.
